All of the products online are made to order other than the one-of-a kind peices. Orders ship 1-7 days following date of purchase. However, if you order a custom piece it may require a longer delivery time. An order placed on a holiday or on weekends will be processed the next business day. If items in your order are out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail. Orders ship from North Carolina.
Orders are shipped FED EX or UPS standard ground, unless we receive a special request.
We cannot ship FED EX or UPS packages to P.O. boxes.
Deliveries are drop off and do not include. Please make sure to provide an appropriate address for package deliveries.
All orders are billed in US dollars.
Orders are shipped FED EX or USPS standard international, and a tracking number is not issued.
Shipments are delivered 7-14 business days after packages are processed at post office.
Expedited shipping is not available for international orders.

If you are unhappy with any item that you have purchased from us online, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on
any special orders or international orders. Items must be returned with their original packaging in perfect condition. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
To return or exchange an item, please send an email to request a return authorization (RA) number. Items cannot be accepted for return without an RA number.

Credits are refunded upon receipt of the item via the original method of purchase. Typically, refunds are reflected on your statements within 3-5 business days.
Refunded credits do not include shipping costs. You will be notified via email once the return is processed.
If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective or you received the incorrect product, please refer to our Repairs Policy.
We will gladly replace or refund you for any defective item and will ship you a replacement item with no additional shipping charge.
